Warszawa 1948. Skład Główny Oficyna Księgarska. 24x17 cm, str. 23, miękka okładka. Stan dobry (drobne zabrudzenia okładki).

Egzemplarz z autografem i dedykacją autora, datowaną 30.01.1948.

Książka przygotowana do druku w wydaniu podziemnym jako tom czwarty Biblioteki Sztuki i Narodu pt. "Pieśń o zagładzie i nadziei" Lesława Gieruta (pseudonim autora). Została opublikowana trzy lata później, w drugiej poprawionej redakcji. Od zagłady i zniszczenia utwór ten uratował w 1944 roku Roman Bratny. Wydano 1000 egzemplarzy.
