Obv. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Macrinus to the right, captured "three-quarters" from behind. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙ Μ ΟΠ [CЄ ΜΑΚΡΙΝΟC].
Rv. Eagle with outspread wings standing facing forward on a scepter wrapped with a serpent (only the upper parts are visible), its head turned to the left, holding a wreath in its beak. ΔΗΜΑΡΧ ƐΞ YΠATOϹ Π[Π].
