Av. *SIGIS·III·D:G·REX·POL·M·D:-˙LIT·RVS·PRV·MAS·O:x (tiny stars as punctuation marks); half-figure of the king crowned, with ruff and armour, facing right, with a lion mask on his shoulder, chain and badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece, commander's sash tied at the back, with a sword resting on the right shoulder and an orb in the left, the shield of Półkozic at the bottom.
Rv. ˙SAM·LIV·NEC·NO:SVE˙-˙GOT·VAD:Q·HR·REX˙ (tiny stars as punctuation marks); shield with quartered Eagle and Knight, with a shield with quartered Three Crowns and crowned Lion superimposed on it, an inescutcheon of Vasa in the middle; a crown above the large shield, two arabesques on the sides, I-I and the date 16-30; around it is a chain of the Order of the Golden Fleece, the badge of which hangs at the bottom.

Grade: about UNC, beautiful coin.
