Krakowski malarz pejzażysta. Studiował na ASP w Krakowie w pracowni W. Weissa, którego malarstwo wywarło znaczny wpływ na styl młodego artysty. Wielokrotnie wystawiał w TPSP w Krakowie i warszawskiej "Zachęcie". Tworzył głównie w technice olejnej. Malował pejzaże w ekspresyjny sposób, z licznymi impastami i bogatą gamą kolorystyczną, nieregularne plamy barwne zdecydowanie dominowały nad rysunkiem.
