Tomasz Kostecki (Suchedniów 1964) - uczęszczał do Liceum Sztuk Plastycznych w Zakopanem. W latach 1998-1991 artysta współpracował z National Heritage Galery of Fine Art w Beverly Hills w Kalifornii. W 1989 roku powstał cykl obrazów dotyczący historii odkryć portugalskich, który został zaprezentowany podczas Światowej Wystawy Expo 98 w Lizbonie. W latach 2000 - 2002 Muzeum Wuerth w Niemczech zakupiło do swojej kolekcji sześć prac artysty. Wystawiał swoje prace między innymi w USA, Niemczech, Austrii, Portugalii i w Szwecji.
